Privacy policy

This policy explains how Tilamu (tilamu.com) handles personal data.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and name, and a Google account identifier if you sign in with Google. We do not use passwords.
- Photos and designs: the photos you upload and the designs generated from them.
- Order data: products, delivery name and address, phone number if provided, order status and tracking.
- Payment data: PayPal tells us whether a payment succeeded and who paid, such as the payer email and PayPal transaction identifiers. We never receive your full card number.
- Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and basic server logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security and abuse prevention.
- Messages: what you send to support.
How we use it
To create designs, take payment, produce and deliver your order, send order and account emails, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, keep records the law requires, and keep the service running. We do not sell your personal data and do not use your photos to train models.
Photos: how long we keep them
- Photos you upload while not signed in and never claim are deleted after 24 hours.
- Source photos from signed-in accounts are deleted after 30 days.
- Generated designs are kept for your account so you can reorder, until you delete them or your account.
- We do not show your photos or designs publicly unless you opt in.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the service, and share only what each needs:
- Cloud hosting and file storage, and email delivery.
- PayPal, to process payments.
- Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
- AI image-processing providers, which receive your photo to generate designs.
- Our print and delivery partners, which receive your design, delivery name, address and phone number to produce and ship your order.
We may also disclose data when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
International transfers
Providers and partners may be located outside your country. By using the service you understand your data may be processed in other countries.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to sign you in and keep your session secure. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to close your account, by writing to support@tilamu.com. We may keep limited records where the law requires, such as order and payment records. Depending on where you live you may have further rights; we will honor those that apply.
Security
Sessions use secure cookies, files are stored privately, and full-resolution print files are not made available until an order or credit purchase is paid. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
The service is not meant for people under 16. Do not upload photos of children unless you are their parent or guardian.

We will post updates here and change the date at the top.
